Craig Pistulka
CEO
Craig has led DSI for 25 years. He got his start at Mitchell Technical Institute and built DSI around one idea: when a customer hands us a project, they should never have to wonder who owns it. Today that idea runs through every team, and every employee-owner, at DSI.

Casey Johnston
President
Casey became President in 2025. He joined DSI in 2020 as Director of Sales and later served as Vice President. Before DSI, he spent five years with Rockwell Automation, including time as an account manager in Midland, Texas.

Brian Evans
Senior Vice President
Brian has been with DSI for more than 24 years. He leads our Electrical, Automation, and UL Panel teams across every office, and works to keep our shops, field crews, and customers pulling in the same direction.

Troy McCoy
VP Sales / Permian Operations
Troy leads sales and our Permian Basin operations. He has worked in oilfield electrical and automation around Midland and Odessa since 2013, including three years as CEO of Charger Energy Services before rejoining DSI in 2025.

John Serr
Bakken Operations
John leads our Bakken operations out of Stanley, North Dakota. He joined DSI in 2013 as a journeyman electrician and project manager, and later took the lead on our electrical team. He started his career as an apprentice in Mitchell, South Dakota.

Ross Pedersen
Controller
Ross joined DSI as Controller in 2026. He brings years of finance and operations leadership, with a focus on better systems and smoother processes. He also teaches future leaders as an instructor in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Jayden Siemonsma
Supply Chain Manager
Jayden has been with DSI for more than 12 years. She started as a purchasing agent in 2014 and now runs our supply chain from Sioux Falls, making sure parts and materials are ready when our shop and crews need them.

HR Generalist
Josie helps DSI find and support the people who do the work. She joined in 2024 as a recruiter and now handles HR, hiring, and onboarding, so every new team member gets a smooth start.
