Custom ESP Trailer Power Systems

Rather than dictating how wells are engineered, DSI designs to the operator’s specifications so the trailers fit the pumps, controls, and field standards already in use.
Fabrication and Field Deployment
Fabrication starts with reinforced trailer platforms built to carry heavy electrical equipment. Steel plating goes in beneath high-load components to prevent the structural fatigue common in mobile oilfield applications, and custom brackets and enclosures secure transformers, drives, and disconnects.
Once fabrication is complete, DSI electricians handle all wiring, terminations, and panel integration. Every trailer is assembled with a clean, organized layout that supports inspection, maintenance, and long-term reliability.
